At Fort Fitness, our group classes aren’t just workouts, they’re transformative experiences that redefine what fitness feels like. Each session blends expert coaching, a powerful community, and world-class equipment to help you look, move, and feel your best.

Our classes are intentionally small, just 4–12 people, so every member gets personalized coaching, accountability, and motivation. With five class times offered daily during the week and Saturday sessions available, it’s easy to fit fitness into your lifestyle.

Whether you’re brand new to training or a seasoned athlete, every workout is scalable and adaptable to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger, fitter, and more confident week after week.

We’re proud to call Fort Wayne home and proud to offer a world-class facility outfitted entirely with Rogue Fitness equipment. It’s a space built to move better, lift heavier, and train smarter.

Individual Design

​Get results faster, with personalized programming and remote coaching that’s built specifically for you! Our experienced coaches design a plan that fits your goals, your schedule, and your starting point, so you’re never guessing what to do. With real accountability and support every step of the way, you’ll stay consistent and see meaningful progress.

Individual design works at Fort Fitness due to our individualized care for you and your unique goals. Our coaches work closely with you to develop and understanding of your current fitness abilities and any specific needs or concerns. Our aim is to maximize your return on the time and energy spent in every session.

Nutrition Coaching

At Fort Fitness, we believe nutrition is the bridge between fitness and health. We don’t do one-size-fits-all plans. Your coach works with you to create a simple, realistic approach based on your goals, your schedule, and the foods you actually enjoy, whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, or just feeling better day to day.​

 

Some people hit their goals in a few months, others stick with it long-term for continued guidance. Either way, you’ll have a plan that works for you and support to keep it going.

Step 1 - Book your No Sweat Intro with a coach.

Step 2 - Complete your five 1-on-1 Foundations sessions with a coach, OR, if you have 3+ months of CrossFit experience, schedule your free trial class.

Visitors

We would love to have you! First drop-in is on us. Class preferably, but open gym works too. Our classes take priority of space, equipment, clocks, and music, but we’ve got space for you to crush some fitness! Please email Coach@FFIndiana.com to schedule your drop-in.
