 Unlimited access to our coach-led group classes, facility, and amenities from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. 365 days a year, and includes 3 goal review consultations a year.


What to expect in class? Each Fort Fitness coach aims to succeed in the same way. . . . 

1.) Class starts and finishes on time. 

2.) The training floor is staged, clean, and organized effectively for class. 

3.) Coach produces a welcoming and entertaining environment. 

4.) Every individual in class understands how to effectively complete the workout. 

5.) Each individual in class is working within their ability level in regards to load, skill, and mechanics. 

6.) The coach is aware of each individual's ability level and goals and coaches everyone 1-on-1 throughout each class. 

$165 billed monthly with an initial 3-month commitment. 

Unlimited Access

Our coaches work with members 1-on-1 through the entirety of each class to ensure members are always working within a safe and effective degree of challenge. This creates a path toward your goal of consistent improvement.

Taylored Coaching 

  • A personalized fitness and lifestyle program for your specific goals. 

  • Unlimited communication with their coach via the TrueCoach app, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. 

  • Unlimited access to Fort Fitness facility and amenities from 4 a.m.-11 p.m

  • 365 days a year. 

  • $275 billed monthly. 6 month minimum commitment.

Step 1 - Schedule a free, no-sweat consultation with a Fort Fitness Coach via the link below. Email with the two best days and times for you to stop by our facility for 20-30 minutes. 

Step 2 - Complete your 1-on-1 Foundations session with a coach, OR, if you have 3+ months of CrossFit experience, schedule your free class. 

Step 3 - Sign up for your membership, Flex Access, and schedule your first two weeks of classes. 



We would love to have you! First drop-in is on us. Class preferably, but open gym works too. Our classes take priority of space, equipment, clocks, and music, but we’ve got space for you to crush some fitness! Please email to schedule your drop-in.
