Every year at Fort Fitness, we encourage our members to participate in the Open for one simple reason:

It builds momentum in your fitness.

And this isn’t just our opinion, it’s backed by real data.

Across thousands of CrossFit gyms analyzed by Push Press, the gyms that run the CrossFit Open and get their members involved see two major things:

  • Members stay more consistent with their workouts

  • Members stay engaged in their fitness journey longer

In fact, Push Press data shows that gyms with Open participation cut member drop-off nearly in half.
