Mvmt Rx is a coach-led, one-hour movement class designed and prescribed by Dr. Lisa Piropato, to help you move better, breathe better, and feel good in your body.

Each session flows through a guided warm-up, intentional mobility and flexibility work, deep core activation and strength training, and bodyweight or light-load circuit work to reinforce efficient movement patterns.

The class finishes with a coached cool-down to help your body recover and reset. Mvmt Rx is about training your body from the inside out, building resilience, control, and confidence in how you move every day.

Mvmt Rx is open to the public for drop-in or a class pack purchase, and also available to current Fort Fitness members.
