You train like you care. EAT LIKE IT!

Nutrition is the bridge between fitness, and health.

This might hurt. But I wish someone had the guts to tell me this a long time ago.

You have time to come into the gym.You have time to train for an hour, maybe more. You have time to push yourself, sweat, and get uncomfortable.

But you’re telling me you’re too busy to eat?

I’m not saying that to call you out. I’m saying it because I know what your days look like. Busy. Chaotic.Back-to-back everything. It feels like there is not enough time in the day to do all the things you need or want to do.

So you skip meals. You tell yourself you’re too busy, you’ll eat later, or it’s not a big deal. That’s bullshit. Those stories are why you’re stuck. Or pushed off. Or replaced with whatever’s easiest.

Here’s the real problem: You’re asking your body to perform, to make improvements, to stay healthy, to sleep well, to recover fast… without giving it anything to work with.

And when you consistently skip meals, here’s what actually happens:

  • Your energy crashes - workouts feel harder, slower, and less productive.

  • Your body struggles to recover - more soreness, less strength gains, possibly more weight gain.

  • You’re more likely to overeat later - your body tries to “catch up” at night.

That’s like showing up at the gym and expecting to crush it with zero sleep, no warm-up, no recovery. It’s not going to happen. It’s not supposed to work.

And this isn’t about perfection. You don’t need fancy meals, hours in the kitchen, the most “perfect” plan. You just need something. Anything. . Something simple. Something that actually fuels you.

Skipping meals isn’t saving you shit.

It’s costing you energy, progress, performance, and your sanity. Your brain needs fuel to focus, handle stress, and not lose its shit. Skip food, and you’re screwing over your body and your mind.

So let me help you simplify this.

If you have time to train…You have time to fuel.

Even if that means:

  • A piece of toast

  • A quick protein shake

  • A handful of something...anything

  • Yogurt and fruit

  • Eggs and toast

  • Protein bar

It doesn’t have to be complicated. It just has to happen. Next time you’re about to skip a meal, ask yourself: is this actually helping, or is it just another excuse keeping you from the life you want? Remember, nutrition is the bridge between fitness and health.
