- Pick your 3 workout days in advance. Put them in your calendar like a meeting with your future self.- Don’t wait to feel motivated. Show up whether you feel like it or not. Momentum builds with action.- Make it social. Tell a friend. Book a class together. Accountability makes the difference.- Tell your coach. Let us know your plan. We’re in your corner and we will help you stick to it.- Keep it simple. You don’t need to worry about performance yet. Just. Keep. Moving.
